I am a Family Nurse Practitioner at Trust Medical with over a decade of healthcare experience, specializing in primary care, urgent care, and telehealth. I completed my undergraduate studies at Kean University in New Jersey and earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Rutgers University.

Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience evaluating and managing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions while helping patients navigate the impact of their medical conditions on their ability to work and perform essential job functions. My clinical background includes experience with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests, short-term disability, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) workplace accommodations.

I bring a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to reviewing medical documentation and assessing the clinical information supporting leave and accommodation requests. I understand the importance of balancing patient advocacy with objective clinical judgment, appropriate documentation, and established medical criteria when making recommendations regarding approvals and denials.
